Pricing questions
How is billing calculated?
You pay ₹8.5 per minute of talk time, counted from the moment the customer answers until the call ends. Billed in 6-second steps. Ringing time is never billed.
Do unanswered calls cost anything?
No. Calls that ring out, are busy, are declined or fail to connect are free.
Is GST included?
No. Rates are before GST. 18% GST is added when you buy minutes, and each purchase comes with a tax invoice.
What happens when my minutes run out?
New outbound calls wait instead of being dropped, and they go out once you add minutes. The app warns you at 20% and 5% remaining so you can top up first.
Can I run the pilot twice?
No. The 500-minute pilot is one per store. After it, buy as many minutes as you need at ₹8.5 per minute.
Is there a contract?
No contract, no subscription and no monthly minimum. Minutes are prepaid, roll over and do not expire.
What does the free chatbot include?
A chatbot for your storefront that answers product, order and policy questions from your Shopify data. It is free to install and does not use call minutes.
